After years of waiting Dr.Dre fans have finally gotten some official word on the release date of his extremely delayed third solo album Detox. It may be hard to believe, but his last album, 2001, was released over 10 years ago in 1999.

For years now there have been rumors circulating about Detox. Random artists have announced that they were working on the album, and then silence would follow. I was starting to think that the arrival of Detox was an urban legend, and that we’d never see the day.
